Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices listed at seodash.app/#pricing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Each tier includes specific limits on sites, AI agent runs, SERP API queries, and other resources. When you hit a limit, the Service will prompt you to wait for the next billing cycle, upgrade, or provide your own API credentials where applicable.

We reserve the right to impose additional rate limits or temporarily suspend accounts that demonstrate abusive usage patterns (e.g., automated scraping of third-party APIs in violation of those APIs' terms).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the hosted Service
• Resell or white-label the Service without a commercial agreement
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Use the Service to circumvent rate limits or terms of third-party APIs (Ahrefs, Moz, Google, etc.)
• Share your account credentials with multiple users (each account is single-user)

You retain all rights to the data you connect to or store in the Service (your SEO data, integration credentials, agent conversations, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.

You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

The Service integrates with third-party tools including Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic, DataForSEO, Bing Webmaster Tools, SERP APIs, and various analytics providers. When you connect these services, you are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.

We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.

When you use the managed AI agent, your prompts and connected data are transmitted to our LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) to generate responses. The provider processes this data under their API terms, which typically exclude API content from training data.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Verify before acting on AI-generated recommendations.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

The open-source codebase is licensed under the MIT License and available at github.com/seodashapp. The SEO Dash name, logo, and hosted Service branding are our trademarks.

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the Service itself.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific SEO outcome will result from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and via this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
